Hi, I'm Christine Steele, an Emmy and Telly award-winning director, producer, editor, and educator. I lead and support teams of people who craft captivating stories for film, television, streaming and social media distribution. I enjoy working at the intersection of art and science, and I shine brightest when collaborating with fellow professionals on projects that are both creative and technical. I'm passionate about making powerful media that educates, entertains, and incites social change.

I've worked on narrative and animated features, directed and produced documentaries and supervised television series, created and managed educational media for foundations and non-profits, edited a 70mm feature for the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, edited content for games at Electronic Arts, and won Promax Awards for my marketing campaign work at Disney Entertainment. I'm a solutions expert who brings 25 years of experience in media communications to every collaboration. I've worked at Disney, Pixar, Fox, Paramount, Warner, Dreamworks, Showtime, Electronic Arts, ABC, NBC, VH1, BBC and PBS.

As an Adobe Certified Instructor and Adobe Community Expert, I implement workflow strategies and provide software training solutions for major studios and TV networks, deliver inspiring presentations, and provide creative education for artists around the world. I enjoy supporting fellow creators by mentoring, speaking, and teaching at events such as the Adobe MAX Creativity Conference, Sundance and SXSW film festivals, The NAB Show, Adobe Video World, Los Angeles Post user groups and Digital Cinema Society meetings. Check my Events page for upcoming classes and please join me for a presentation!
